Refund and Return Policies
At GRANTWELLS.ART we aim to provide clients with the best art collecting and shopping experience possible. Please read to understand our Refund and Return Policy below.
1 / No Returns:
GRANTWELLS.ART does not accept returns or exchanges, especially for Original artworks and all products noted/disclaimed as 'all sales final' and 'non-refundable' in product descriptions, at checkout, and on emailed receipts. GRANTWELLS.ART does not accept returns or exchanges! All sales are final and non-refundable. Any damage incurred during shipping is the risk of the buyer and the responsibility of the shipping service provider. Original paintings and/or Framed Prints marked as delivered by the shipping service provider but are later reported lost or missing by the customer are the responsibility of the of the shipping service provider and not GRANTWELLS.ART, especially for Original paintings after they are safely packaged, shipped, and the customer is provided tracking information. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address information at checkout and any loss or increased expense arising from inaccurate information is the responsibility of the customer and not GRANTWELLS.ART.
In cases of extreme damage, misprint, or defective prints that is the clear fault of our print provider see '3 / Reprints' below.
2 / No Refunds:
Currently all available products on GRANTWELLS.ART are noted as 'all sales final' and 'non-refundable' and therefore are not subject to a refund once payment is received. 'Originals' are one-of-a-kind, their purchases are special events, and cancellations will be honored on a case-by-case basis by immediately emailing gmrwells@gmail.com with name and order number. When you submit payment and place any order on our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, authorize us to charge the payment method you provided, and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel, decline the order, or refuse the sale of original artwork or limited/open edition prints to anyone, at our sole discretion, including for suspicious activity, incorrect information, or unavailability of products. Do not check the box agreeing to understanding our terms during checkout if you do not agree to our terms and/or are not buying a painting!
3 / Reprints:
Currently all available products on GRANTWELLS.ART are noted as 'all sales final' and 'non-refundable' and therefore are not subject to a refund once payment is received. Only in cases of extreme damage/defect to Framed Prints that are the clear fault of the printer/manufacturer can the customer reach out to us (with up to 4 photos) and arrange a reprint free of charge. No returns necessary. Notice that small shifts in alignment can result from shipping, are not the fault of printing/manufacturing, but can be fixed by lightly tapping the sides of the frame to recenter the print!
