Orders and Payments

When you submit payment and place any order on our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, authorize us to charge the payment method you provided, and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel, decline the order, or refuse the sale of original artwork or limited/open edition prints to anyone, at our sole discretion, including for suspicious activity, incorrect information, or unavailability of products.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced in all respects in accordance with the Laws of the State of Colorado, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any and all claims and/or disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Colorado.
